About AICiteKit

AICiteKit is a directory of Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) tools — software for tracking, analyzing, and improving how brands are cited and mentioned by AI answer engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, and Gemini.

How we review tools

Every listing is built from each vendor's own public pricing pages, product documentation, and change logs, cross-checked against independent review platforms (G2, OMR, Capterra, Product Hunt) where available. A few specific practices:

• Each listing carries a "Verified" date showing when its pricing and feature claims were last checked against the vendor's current site. We re-verify listings periodically, not just when they're first added.
• Where the underlying evidence is thin or ambiguous — add-on pricing, regional availability, the exact scope of an API limit — we say so explicitly instead of presenting it as settled fact.
• Third-party ratings (G2, Capterra, etc.) are cited with their source and should be read as directional signals about usability, not as AICiteKit's own endorsement score.
• "Featured" placement and category assignment are editorial judgments about relevance to GEO — see the disclosure below for how that intersects with commercial relationships.

Editorial independence

AICiteKit currently has no paid placements, sponsorships, or affiliate relationships with any tool listed in this directory. Every tool here is included because we judged it relevant to GEO, not because of payment.

If that changes in the future, we'll disclose the relationship clearly — both on this page and on the specific listing it affects.

Corrections

Vendors change pricing and features often, and we may get something wrong or out of date. If you spot an inaccuracy, we welcome corrections and will review and update the listing.
